1. How long does it take to receive my e-bike?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
3. How far can I ride on a single charge?
Range depends on the model and riding conditions. Our e-bikes offer anywhere from 25 to 93 miles per charge, with dual-battery options providing longer distances.
4. What if my e-bike arrives damaged?
If your e-bike arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@urbanecoride.com or +1 (502) 994-8332. We will guide you through the return, replacement, or repair process.
5. Can I return my e-bike if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Shipping costs may apply.
6. How do I claim a warranty?
